1) Upon successful completion participants will receive a Red Cross First Aid/ CPR Certificate and an Ethics Certificate that will together meet the educational requirements of the NHPC and will be recognized for 5 credits.

2) Current NHPC STUDENT members must contact NHPC to determine if they should attend as it depends on their initial enrollment date.

3) The course registration deadline is Friday, September 17, 2010 at 4:30 p.m.

4) Course cost is $200.00 and must be paid in full at the time of registration.

5) An ethics assignment will be sent to all paid registrants on Saturday, September 18, 2010.

6) Participants are required to submit the completed ethics assignment on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. It will be marked while the students attend First Aid/CPR training throughout the day. Students are required to attend fully, be on time, and complete the assignment satisfactorily in order to receive the Certificates at the end of the day.
