ACCREDITATION The Northern Institute of Massage Therapy Incorporated is a private school licensed to operate under the Vocational Schools Act of Alberta. We are also a member of the Canadian Council of Massage Therapy Schools (CCMTS). Our programs have been evaluated and accepted by the Educational committees of the Natural Health Practioners of Canada (NHPC- formerly AMTWP) and the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA). Our programs have also been recognized by the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan Inc. (MTAS). Our BASIC RELAXATION MASSAGE PROGRAM is recognized for 1008 hours by all of the above. Our ADVANCED THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE PROGRAM is recognized for 1280 hours by all of the above. Completion of both PROGRAMS is recognized for 2288 hours by all of the above. Tuition receipts are tax deductible. Our programs qualify for Student Loan support.
